Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "apk7," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the apk7 platform available at apk7.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the apk7 website, all games, software, services, and features accessible through apk7.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the apk7 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account maintained by apk7 on behalf of a Player.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their apk7 wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that oversees gaming regulation in the Philippines.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the apk7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. apk7 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming through apk7 is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by apk7 or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of apk7 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal incapacity.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on apk7, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) apk7 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts for any purpose — including claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading suspensions — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. apk7 will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. apk7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time.
• Account Verification (KYC): apk7 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure at apk7's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Deposits & Payments

apk7 accepts deposits via a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the apk7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. apk7 does not accept third-party deposits.
• apk7 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside apk7's control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by apk7's payment processor, subject to standard processing times for each payment method.
• apk7 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to conduct additional verification before crediting funds to your Account if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Deposits are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable law or at apk7's sole discretion.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to identity verification status and the processing times of the selected payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis depending on your account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your apk7 Account. apk7 does not process withdrawals to third parties.
• apk7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Delays resulting from incomplete verification are not the responsibility of apk7.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement is not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Balance winnings that have cleared all applicable requirements may be withdrawn.
• apk7 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Real Money Balance if fraud, irregular play, or a breach of these Terms is suspected pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

apk7 offers various promotional bonuses to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• apk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to its original terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as identified in the promotion details. Contributions from different game categories toward Wagering Requirements may vary.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, coordinated wagering with other players, or any strategy designed to guarantee winnings while meeting Wagering Requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.
• apk7 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where these Terms or the specific promotional terms have been breached.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the apk7 Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and Dragon Tiger Luck — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software-based games, and by physical dealing and/or wheel spinning for live dealer games. apk7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions or communication errors during gameplay void all affected game rounds. Any bets placed during a technical malfunction will be cancelled and stakes refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the official game server records maintained by the game provider shall be the definitive record. The result displayed on a Player's device is for information only and is not authoritative in the event of a discrepancy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk7 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and any winnings arising from prohibited conduct forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the apk7 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage, or any form of sports betting fraud.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits or participate in games on apk7 (money laundering).
• Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or the regulations issued by PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apk7 staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players.

Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at any time through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place any wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the apk7 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact apk7 support.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions that display time elapsed, amount wagered, and net position to keep you informed of your activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the apk7 Platform — including but not limited to the apk7 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of apk7 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk7 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any apk7 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any apk7 software; create derivative works based on any apk7 content; or use the apk7 name, logo, or branding for any purpose without express written permission from apk7.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, apk7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the apk7 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. apk7's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your apk7 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The apk7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While apk7 endeavours to maintain platform availability and game integrity at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the apk7 Platform at your own risk.

Termination & Account Closure

apk7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of these Terms or any other apk7 policy;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe;
• A reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to other players, apk7, or its regulatory standing.

You may close your apk7 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your Account in good standing, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus Balances are not refunded upon voluntary account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

apk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, apk7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the apk7 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or from your use of the apk7 Platform.

apk7 operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and the directives of PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude apk7's rights or obligations under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
